Which class fits your run?

Your goal Class to inspect Why
Improve cutting and movement together Chainsaw Specialist Its two bonuses cover Power and Walk speed.
Add carrying room alongside a Power bonus Lumberjack It adds one Carry as well as Power.
Learn the basic loop with your current starter Woodcutter Its single Power perk is easy to track while you learn chopping, collecting and selling.
Explore a class with claws Clawman Its class purchase includes the claws.

Before changing classes, finish a selling trip and identify where time went. Repeated full loads point you toward carrying improvements. Long walks make movement worth comparing. Slow tree cutting makes Power and your cutting tool the next things to inspect.

Woodcutter: the straightforward Power bonus

Woodcutter's +5% Power gives you a clear baseline. Keep using it while you learn where to cut, collect and sell, then compare a new class against the perk you already have.

The examined menu marks Woodcutter Common and Owned. Compare a candidate's complete perk list with this baseline rather than paying for a rarity label alone.

Lumberjack: Power and an extra log

Lumberjack combines +10% Power with +1 Carry. The extra carrying space is its distinguishing feature in this three-class comparison. Inspect it when you want a cutting bonus and more room in each hand-collected load.

After changing carrying capacity, watch the load in your HUD and work out your return point again. Your class choice and the distance to the chipper both affect how the collecting loop feels.

Chainsaw Specialist: Power and movement

Chainsaw Specialist combines +35% Power with +10% Walk speed. It is the class to inspect in this comparison when you want both a larger Power bonus and faster travel.

Keep reading the selected card even if the class name matches a tool you want. The bonuses above describe the class; use the Tools guide to compare tool purchases and upgrades separately.

Clawman and claws

The Clawman Class purchase unlocks the class and its claws. Inspect this option when the claws are the feature you want to use, then read the selected class's complete perk list before comparing it with your current choice.

The official pass description confirms the class and claws unlock. Check the selected class's in-game panel for its full perk list before comparing it with a Power, Carry or movement bonus.

How to buy and select a class

  1. Open the Classes shop in the lobby.
  2. Select the class you want to inspect.
  3. Read its perks, gem price and stock state. Follow the restock timer when the card is sold out.
  4. Use the purchase option shown on that card when it fits your budget.
  5. Check the Owned and In Use labels so you know which class is selected before starting your run.

Common class-choice mistakes

  • Choosing by rarity alone. Compare Power, movement, carrying and any special tool with what you want to improve.
  • Comparing only the Power number. Lumberjack's carrying perk and Chainsaw Specialist's movement perk affect different parts of a run.
  • Spending before reading the selected card. Look at its complete perk list, current price and stock state together.
  • Forgetting to check the selected class. Confirm the In Use label after making your choice.
